ALLISON E. MCWILLIAMS

I'm a writer of southern contemporary fiction, a reader of everything from high-concept literature to romance (and most things in between), a follower of too much pop culture, a slow but dedicated runner, a fan of UGA football and ACC basketball, obsessed with North Carolina beaches, and a curious traveler who's always looking for my next adventure.

I studied English at Wake Forest University, and earned a masters in journalism and a Ph.D. in higher education administration from the University of Georgia. I've written two non-fiction books and write a blog for Psychology Today on young professional development.
